Q: Who is your typical client?
A: Our clients are men and women from the ages of 25-65 and range from stay-at-home mothers to corporate CEOs. Many of our clients are single professionals who want to enhance their business and social lives by improving their image. Some of our clients include: engineers, bankers, lawyers, doctors, management consultants, entrepreneurs, real estate agents, sales and marketing professionals, military officers, network television and media personnel, entertainers and celebrities, and companies and associations.

Q: How long is a one-on-one consultation?
A: Each one-on-one service can generally be completed within a 2-hour time frame. Depending on your needs and goals, we often recommend our Style and/or Protocol Programs which take approximately 8 - 24 hours to complete.

A: For a comprehensive style and wardrobe update, we recommend our 8 -12 hour one-on-one Style Program which includes the following:

Q: I am interested in improving my dating success. How does the process work?
A: For maximum results, we recommend developing your Personal Style, polishing your Social Etiquette and Communication Skills, and participating in our Dating Strategies and Protocol program. Depending on your needs, this program can be accomplished in a 4 or 8-hour consultation.

 

Q: I would like to schedule an appointment at one of your office locations. How do I get started?
A:  Please fill out the need assessment form and indicate the programs that interest you or request for a proposal. Based on your needs and goals, we will recommend a program suitable for you. When you receive our proposal, please reply with available dates and times for a consultation and we will send you our investment structures and Letter of Agreement. We will book and confirm your preferred appointment dates upon receipt of a signed and faxed Letter of Agreement indicating your credit card number. We schedule visits and consultations by appointment only.

 

Q: I would like to schedule an appointment however I don't live close to one of your office locations. How do I get started?
A:  Global Image Group is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, North Carolina, Toronto Canada, London UK, Sao Paulo Brazil, Tokyo Japan, Hong Kong and Dubai. If you are located elsewhere, a consultant can travel to see you or you can pack your bags for a weekend getaway to one of the aforementioned cities. If you are interested in a Wardrobe and Closet Analysis and do not live within close proximity of one of our offices, a consultant can travel to you and review your wardrobe (often times a Personal Style Analysis is also requested). Then you may decide to fly out and schedule a Personal Shopping appointment at one of our locations to ensure that you build a cohesive wardrobe. Alternatively, you may try our online assessments and schedule a phone consultation to review the results of the assessment with a consultant. Many clients have found our phone consultations as beneficial as one-on-one meetings because our consultants help you build a wardrobe remotely by working with catalogues and directing you to various shopping Web sites.

Q: What are your fees?
A: Due to diversified markets, our fees can vary on location and consultant. Our online assessments range from US$47 - US$147. Our 2-hour introductory sessions range from US$300 - US$700 and can extend into several thousand for our one-on-one programs. Our one-on-one programs begin at 2 hours and can extend to 3 full days (6 - 8 hours per day) of training. For more detailed information regarding fees, email us with a brief description of your objectives in working with an image consultant, your desired office location and we will send you a proposal.
